- small rolled up towel (optional for neck support)
- *MELT soft foam roller + therapy balls
New MELT'ers: If this is your first session with me, you will need to have a Health History/Liability Release Waiver signed before first class Read and Sign here
MELT Equipment: *MELT foam roller, ball kit and resistance band or a beginner bundle can be purchased on the MELT Method website here
