Bring a yoga mat and water. Wear comfortable clothing and we will remove our shoes in class.

Can I use a firm roller for MELT?

The short answer is no! During a MELT class we use gentle compression to hydrate fascia and relieve joint and muscle pain and stiffness. The firm rollers are designed to increase blood flow to the muscles. So even though they look the same, the firm and soft rollers are designed for different results in the body.

Pre-recorded class videos as well as a handbook with detailed instructions for each treatment are included in registration for you to practice at home.
