If you are in pain, I SEE YOU!
I lived with chronic sciatica pain for 15 years. Every day, I felt that familiar nerve pain throbbing down my leg and into my big toe. Chronic pain took 15 years from me, but I was determined to reclaim my life.
Now, I want to help others do the same using self-care tools and techniques you can use AT HOME. Let me share how The MELT Method helped me...
My Journey with Pain and Discovery of MELT
It all started with back pain in my early 30s during my second pregnancy. After bringing home my beautiful baby girl and returning to work, the pain didn't go away. It worsened, leading to chronic sciatica that lasted for 15 years.
After many specialists and countless appointments, the only solution offered was pain medication. That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands. I wanted to get off those meds and break the cycle of endless doctor visits. I realized I needed to prioritize my health and change the way I approached pain management.
I started exploring holistic "whole body" techniques and found The MELT Method® through a friend's recommendation. I signed up for a class through the local Santa Clarita Parks and Recreation and quickly realized this was something different. Finally, I had found something I could do AT HOME that supported my body's natural healing ability without causing more pain. The instructor offered modifications, which I really needed.

Why MELT Works
The MELT Therapy tools, like the soft foam roller and therapy balls, cost less than my monthly massages. I found myself needing fewer expensive treatments, saving time and money, while starting to feel better. It was empowering to take care of my body at home, and I became a Certified MELT Instructor because not many people knew about it.
MELT can complement your current treatments. It's recommended to MELT before a treatment or physical activity for better overall performance.
What is the MELT Method®?
MELT is a science-backed self-care technique you can do AT HOME to stay active, enhance performance, and get out (and stay out) of pain. We use a special soft foam roller to decompress the spine and joints, different from traditional foam rolling where you roll into the pain... ouch!

What do I need to get started?
We use the Hand & Foot Therapy Ball Kit for the Hand & Foot Treatments. The overall goal of the Hand & Foot treatment is to improve grip strength, joint mobility and overall balance and stability, which is often diminished from aging and repetitive lifestyles. These techniques blend reflexology, positional release therapy, lymphatic drainage and basic compression.
The MELT Soft Foam Roller is the only roller developed for the techniques of the MELT Method. The latex-free roller is 36" long and 5" across. This roller is soft and specfically designed for MELT techniques. We use gentle compression to hydrate fascia and relieve joint and muscle pain and stiffness. Firm rollers are designed to increase blood flow to the muscles. So even though they look the same, the firm and soft rollers are designed for different results in the body.
Bundle and SAVE! The MELT Beginner Bundle includes the Hand & Foot Therapy Ball Kit, Soft foam roller, 30 days free access to MELT on Demand and FREE shipping.
"What a wonderful class! I attended with the normal body pains of getting older; knee with a torn meniscus, neck crunching and feet pulsing. This combo of “acupressure” like exercises left me moderately more comfortable, more balanced and relaxed. A surprise that is worth repeating! Thank you!" - Kim
