This is a weekly online drop-in MELT Class on Zoom. You will need:
- Exercise area
- water
- small rolled up towel (optional for neck support)
- *MELT soft foam roller + therapy balls
New MELT'ers: If this is your first session with me, you will need to have a Health History/Liability Release Waiver signed before first class Read and Sign here
MELT Equipment: *MELT foam roller and ball kit, or a beginner bundle can be purchased on the MELT Method website here
Most of us carry tension in our neck, shoulders, and low back and it adds up over time. MELT helps you reconnect with your body and release that built-up stress so you can move with more ease. Using a soft roller and therapy balls (provided), you’ll learn simple techniques that rehydrate your fascia (the connective tissue that supports your entire body) to improve flexibility, balance, and stability.
