I was reminded of the mood lifting benefits of Spearmint the other day. The truth is I am a diehard peppermint fan. I like to add a drop of peppermint oil along with some lotion before putting my shoes on. This helps with my sweaty, stinky feet (well - just one foot, lol!)

I was feeling pretty tired one morning. My bottle of peppermint was empty, so I grabbed a bottle of spearmint essential oil, rubbed it into my foot along with some lotion and put my shoes on.

As I was driving to class I felt so positive and happy and realized it was the spearmint essential oil I put on my foot. So, I had to look up its properties and sure enough its a mood and confidence booster.
