Breathe drops

We know that we cannot take the Breathe essential oil blend internally. But there is good news! These quick-dissolving lozenges—with Lemon, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Thyme, Melissa, and Cardamom essential oils— come in handy when respiratory issues arise. Keep a couple of them in your purse and pop one in your mouth to promote clear breathing.

Peppermint, Lemon and Lavender for respiratory support

If you need extra support because of seasonal changes try using this trio of essential oils. Daily add a drop of each in a glass of water and drink like a shot or add the drops to a veggie capsule and take with water. To apply this trio to the skin, make a roller blend with 10 drops of each oil in a 10mL roller bottle and fill the rest with fractionated coconut oil. Roll this on your chest and under your nose as needed throughout the day.*

*Citrus oils (lemon essential oil) should not be used on skin exposed to the sun within 12 hours.

This trio also comes in convenient softgels called Tri-Ease with equal parts of Peppermint, Lemon and Lavender essential oil. Just take 1 - 2 capsules a day with water for seasonal changes. I don't go a day without taking Tri-ease seasonal blend capsules!

Be sure you are using essential oils safe for internal use. Most essential oils on the market are not pure and contain synthetics and additives. We call these fragrance oils and they do not have the same health benefits as pure essential oils. Check the label on your essential oil bottle. There will be a supplemental facts label and directions for internal use if it is safe to use internally.
