Private Session

Private Sessions are offered online Zoom or I will come to you for a home visit.

You will need:

• Exercise area
• water
• small rolled up towel (optional for neck support)
• *MELT soft foam roller + therapy balls for Zoom session.  I will bring MELT tools for in-person sessions.

New MELT'ers: If this is your first session with me, you will need to have a Health History/Liability Release Waiver signed before first class Read and Sign here

MELT Equipment: *MELT foam roller and ball kit, or a beginner bundle can be purchased on the MELT Method website here
