What is MELT?

The MELT Method is designed to help you lead a more active and healthy life.  Join me as I guide you through gentle exercises using a soft foam roller and therapy balls. The simple exercises help to bring balance to your body, improve mobility and stability, reduce inflammation, ease neck and low back strain and leave you feeling relaxed head to toe. Melt is for everyone and all abilities.

What do I need for class?

Can I use any foam roller?

The short answer is no! During a MELT class we use gentle compression to hydrate fascia and relieve joint and muscle pain and stiffness. The firm rollers are designed to increase blood flow to the muscles. So even though they look the same, the firm and soft rollers are designed for different results in the body.
